{"id":2215,"date":"2023-11-11T19:21:17","date_gmt":"2023-11-11T18:21:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/neurocirugialmeria.com\/?p=2215"},"modified":"2023-11-11T19:21:17","modified_gmt":"2023-11-11T18:21:17","slug":"estimulacion-electrica-mediante-electrodos-implantables-para-la-recuperacion-de-la-fuerza-en-las-extremidades-en-pacientes-con-lesiones-neurologicas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/neurocirugialmeria.com\/en\/2023\/11\/11\/estimulacion-electrica-mediante-electrodos-implantables-para-la-recuperacion-de-la-fuerza-en-las-extremidades-en-pacientes-con-lesiones-neurologicas\/","title":{"rendered":"Estimulaci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica mediante electrodos implantables para la recuperaci\u00f3n de la fuerza en las extremidades en pacientes con lesiones neurol\u00f3gicas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">La revista <a href=\"https:\/\/journals.lww.com\/neurosurgery\/pages\/default.aspx\">Neurosurgery<\/a> acaba de publicar un art\u00edculo de revisi\u00f3n en el que repasa las diferentes alternativas de estimulaci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica mediante electrodos implantables en personas con lesiones neurol\u00f3gicas que limitan su movilidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">El avance tecnol\u00f3gico ha permitido el dise\u00f1o de diferentes tipos de dispositivos capaces de llevar a cabo la transferencia directa de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica bien a los m\u00fasculos, nervios o estructuras del sistema nervioso central.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Entre los diferentes tipos, la estimulaci\u00f3n muscular directa tiene el inconveniente de que requerir\u00eda cantidades elevadas de electrodos con intensidades de estimulaci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica significativamente mayores que las empleadas para la estimulaci\u00f3n de las estructuras nerviosas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">La modulaci\u00f3n de la estimulaci\u00f3n para que permita movimientos complejos a nivel de las articulaciones representa un reto importante.
